Distributor

XYLEM distributor is an entity that buys items and resells them, especially to retailers, 3S & 2S. In a distribution channel, the distributor acts as one of the connecting channels when products move from the producer to the end users. Distributor is a key role player for selecting 3S, 2S & micro dealers as well, The rest of all network players are operating their business under distributor.

3S Dealer

The concept is well known for all people, The Sales, Service & Spares related activity line-up with one particular allocated territory.

2S Dealer

The dealer is selling the spare parts and giving the service in their workshop. The other name of entity is Micro Dealer Shop (MDS), the MDS more or less operating at metal containers.

RE Concept

This is totally new / fresh concept for customers, XYLEM giving the product & service training to selected engineers & giving proper connecting nodes. Once the service related requirement call is come to CRM. The CRM team can raise the ticket and allocated nearby RE (Resident Engineer). The service ticket is monitoring by CRM until ticket closure. All above concepts towards the service support to the customers, The XYLEM business is completely aligned with them to fulfill the customer requirement.


Escalation Matrix

XYLEM is operating the escalation matrix to every channel partner & customer thru CRM who wants to raise the complaint, the ticket has been taken with right spirit and resolved within stipulated time frame.
